Anastasia: I walk into the office, open Excel... аnd the real stuff begins! Calls, messages, more excel, tasks related to the office employees. One thing that has become a solid tradition by now - my 9 AM coffee, but it only lasts a few minutes, and I jump back to the calls.

MMM Express: What is so special about your job?
Anastasia: A good HR manager is also a psychologist who can read people, and at the same time, I have to be creative, stress-resilient, and, of course, multitasking.

MMM Express: What do you like about your job most?
Anastasia: A few things, to be honest. The success of hiring a new experienced driver, talking to multiple new people throughout the day, and organizing team-building activities for the office staff.

Anastasia: The support that I receive from the company and my team, as well as, the results of my work.

She has 26 countries down on her travel list. She aims to raise that number to 50 by her 30s.
