What's the purpose of a tracking team? What are their duties?

- Enter loads into the system, tracks them all the way to the invoice;
- responsibility for timely updates to the broker;
- notice drivers' requests and help to solve them together with the dispatcher;
- keeps track of every shipment status: "loaded", "on the way", "on delivery", "unloaded", etc.

What a top tracker should be like?

Attentive to details, responsible/reliable, and able to respond quickly.
